Automatic e-mail archiving

In addition, we would like to point out that please only send us application documents in PDF file format. Zipped (WinZip, WinRAR, 7Zip, etc.) files will not be allowed through our security systems. Please be aware that your application materials will not be transmitted in encrypted form. We assume that we are allowed to answer your application mails unencrypted as well. If you do not wish this, please give us a hint in your application mail. All applications will be kept in our system for a maximum of 6 months, after this period the data will be deleted. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to application documents by third parties during the transmission of unencrypted e-mails. The retention period can be up to 10 years. After this period, the e-mail data will be deleted, but copies may still exist.
