We strongly invest in modern software packages, for CAD, CAM and FEM. This allows us to integrate with minimal effort into our customers processes. Our forging dies are designed in house. Our tool-shop is flexible and allows for the production of the initial tools as well as a short term repairing of inventory tools. We also plan our clamping-fixtures for our CNC machines and can produce and adapt them in-house. Our toolshop consists of CNC-Machines with up to 5-axes, grinding machines, eroding machines, and heat-treatment furnaces.

As 100% of the tooling can be done in house, we have full control which helps reduce quality and risk compared to sourcing the tools.
